Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms that had convenient balconies. The staff were friendly, and the pool area was awesome, but I did have some issues with the service being delayed and the dining options not meeting my expectations. Overall, it's a good place to relax, but there are areas that could use a little improvement.
The hotel had a great location for exploring old Las Palmas and the charming residential areas with modernist architecture. However, I found the rooms underwhelming compared to the price, especially with construction happening around the property. While the service was friendly and helpful, it felt lacking in management support when issues arose. Overall, it’s a place I might consider again, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
